1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SyncViews ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SyncViews provides an automated thumbnail update service for YouTube creators. The Service allows you to display dynamic view counts and other overlays on your video thumbnails.
3. YouTube API Services
Our Service uses YouTube API Services. By using SyncViews, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
4. User Accounts
You must create an account using your Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Credits
Credits are consumed when thumbnails are successfully uploaded to YouTube. Unused credits may roll over based on your plan. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
